IMPORTANT 401(k) PLAN UPDATE:
Simplified fund lineup and lower investment fees coming soon
Effective 4 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, April 21, 2017, the DaVita Retirement Savings Plan {the 401(k) Plan} will simplify its fund lineup and reduce investment expenses for many teammates:
- Four funds will be removed and mapped to similar investment options
- One new Target Date Fund will be added
- Several funds will change their share class, resulting in lower investment management fees
You do not need to take any action, but you should review the upcoming changes to understand what is happening and to think about how these changes may affect your account.
